WELCOME TO IDESERVE

Who we are

Advocacy for Autism+: A beacon of hope and a force for positive change for young neurodivergent children. Founded on principles of empowerment, respect, and understanding, our mission is dedicated to championing the early intervention rights and well-being of those with autism and related neurocognitive differences. We steadfastly believe that from their earliest years, every child, regardless of neurological makeup, deserves comprehensive access to the resources and support needed to thrive.

OUR STORY

Our story is deeply personal, rooted in the lived experiences of our founder, Glenn Harrell and his family. Glenn, a member of the neurodivergent community with ADHD, alongside his wife, the president of iDeserve who is autistic, embody the spirit and dedication that fuels our mission. Their journeys, marked by challenges, triumphs, and unwavering dedication to advocacy, reflect the essence of iDeserve: a commitment to creating a world where neurodiversity is not only accepted but celebrated for the rich tapestry of perspectives it brings to our collective human experience.

iDeserve was conceived from Glenn's professional legacy in behavior analytic therapy and his entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through the founding of Roger Williams Academy (RWA). RWA's inception was driven by Glenn's desire for a work environment where the dignity and potential of every individual were paramount. This ethos, emphasizing people over profits and nurturing intrinsic motivation, is at the heart of iDeserve. Our organization extends this philosophy to advocate for societal change, ensuring neurodivergent individuals receive the recognition, support, and resources they rightfully deserve.
